INTEGRA COURSE / SNACK

Midday Integra is students’ INTEGRA COURSE. The focus of this course is on the development of the different aspects of the self: mental, emotional, social, personal, and physical (each of which are tied to a day of the week). These are the five building blocks of our school that contribute to our three guiding principles: know who you are, discover your passions and purpose, and thrive holistically.
